How it works

Claim a state

Type your name, click a free state, and you're the governor. Your state makes money, food, energy, materials and manpower every hour.

Build in your cities

Each city has one construction slot. Farms, power grids, factories, barracks, airfields. Higher levels cost more and take longer.

Raise an army

Militia, infantry, armor, artillery, helicopters. Every unit eats upkeep every hour, so a big army with a small economy goes broke.

March along the highways

Armies follow real roads between districts. Click a destination and watch the convoy roll. Crossing a governor's land without a pact declares war.

Take it district by district

Every state is made of districts. Hold every one, capital included, and the state is yours. The governor can hit back the whole time.

Or don't fight at all

Alliances share the win. Trade resources, sign non-aggression pacts, grant right of way, share intelligence, talk in chat.

About this beta

It's a test. Matches run at 8x speed: a game day every three real hours, a whole match in a week or so. Things will break. The Help tab in the game has a feedback box; use it.
Be decent. World chat is shared by everyone playing. No real politics, no real people. Governors who can't manage that get removed.
Nothing to buy. Gold shows up in the game so we can test it; nobody is charged for anything during the beta.
Come back. The match keeps going while you're away. Check in a couple of times a day, give orders, see what happened.
